PROFESSIONAL BACKGROUND
Yael Brudner is the founder and lead immigration attorney at Brudner Law in Irvine, California. She was admitted to the California Bar in 2008 and has since focused her practice on helping individuals, families, professionals, and entrepreneurs navigate the U.S. immigration system.
Her work includes family-based immigration, marriage green cards, naturalization and citizenship, VAWA, waivers, E-2 investor visas, employment-based immigration, and other visa matters.
Yael earned her law degree from the University of Haifa in Israel and is licensed to practice law in California. She is an active member of the American Immigration Lawyers Association as well as the California Bar Association, and she has volunteered with the Citizenship Clinic and the Public Law Center.
Fluent in English and Hebrew, she is known for her honest, detail-oriented, and compassionate approach, working closely with clients to help them understand their options and move through the process with clarity and confidence.
Immigration law isn't just Yael's profession. It's personal, and helping people achieve their U.S. immigration goals has become her life's mission. As a member of an immigrant community herself, she understands firsthand the challenges, hopes, and dreams that come with building a new life in a different country. That understanding is what drove her to found Brudner Law in 2017, with an exclusive focus on immigration.
Outside the office, Yael is married and keeps busy with their three teenage boys, along with the family dog and cat. She loves learning new languages, spending time with friends and family, and traveling the world, exploring new cultures and history along the way.
